I’m here to help you work through the sticky parts and lead you to clarity.
The Work
Stressed? Anxious? Feeling low? You’re not alone. Many teenagers and young adults experience these feelings when working through life-changing events, or relationship issues. I can help.

Evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), can help you through these experiences by challenging your thoughts and behaviour. Together, we’ll use your strengths to reach your goals and achieve meaningful change.
Meet Ruth
I'm an English-speaking therapist in Stockholm, Sweden supporting young people who are experiencing distress.

I have a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and an MSc Psychological Therapies. I'm a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).

Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of helping young people in the U.K. work through and overcome obstacles they face. Having grown up in Sweden with British roots, I often felt stuck between two cultures, and I understand the challenges of defining your identity.
